The PowerShot A570 IS’s 7.1 Megapixel sensor captures stunningly detailed images, enabling you to make high-quality crops and large-scale prints.

4x optical zoom
A bright 4x optical zoom lens, gives you the flexibility to capture images at distance without sacrificing quality.

Optical Image Stabilizer
Optical Image Stabilizer (IS) technology counteracts camera shake at slower shutter speeds and full zoom. It also allows for flash-free shooting indoors and in low light.

DIGIC III with iSAPS

Canon's DIGIC III processor delivers high-speed performance and superior colour rendition, whilst advanced noise reduction ensures cleaner images at high ISO speeds. iSAPS uses shooting scene data to optimise camera settings before a shot is taken.

Face Detection AF/AE/FE
Face Detection AF/AE/FE ensures superb people shots by automatically detecting up to 9 faces in frame and setting the correct focus, exposure and flash settings. Face Detection Technology also enables Red-Eye Correction in playback mode. Fix red-eyes in the camera and make them look natural again.

ISO 1600 and High ISO Auto
PowerShot A570 IS’s high ISO settings enable you to take excellent flash-free photographs in lowlight conditions such as museums or restaurants. High ISO Auto prioritises high ISO to enable faster shutter speeds, reducing the risk of blurred images.
